Chris Hopper is chair of the Dept. of Kinesiology and Recreation Administration at HSU. He and Kathy Munoz are co-authors of Physical Activity and Nutrition for Health.
Kathy Munoz is a professor of nutrition in the Department of Kinesiology and Recreation Administration, and a Registered Dietitian through the American Dietetic Association.
Rock Braithwaite is an associate professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Recreation Administration at HSU, and a certified trainer with Olweus Bullying Prevention Program.
